Oversee Clinic Systems (45%): • Develop, coordinate and oversee systems to ensure completeness, integrity, quality and security of client records. • Review and develop policies and protocols and ensure timely and accurate dissemination of information, as well as compliance with data protection policies and protocols.
• Facilitate effective and efficient coordination of clinic systems, including but not limited to coordinating with Social Services Manager about high risk referrals and associated workflows; clinical staff about cycle planning processes; HQ and external visitors; the clinic assistants on clinical caseload assignments, coordinate newly hired clinicians in-depth orientation schedules and track if clinical policies and/or protocols have been reviewed and signed; client scheduling and filing systems. • Coordinate with monitoring & evaluation team to ensure that evaluation systems reflect clinical developments and support effective care pathways. • Partner with operations team to ensure appropriate work and clinical spaces.Clinical Pathways Coordination (25%):
• Oversee the planning and implementation of streamlined clinical services from initial potential client contact through follow-up assessments.
• Develop, coordinate and oversee systems which ensure efficiency and integration of the primary services of psychotherapy, physiotherapy and social work including monitoring and quality control.Referral and Screening Oversight (10%):
• In close collaboration with the Lead Clinician, provide oversight and systems development of clinical referral and screening processes to prioritize services to clients most in need, and ensure high risk and complex client pathways are monitored , reviewed and updated. • In collaboration with Social Services Manager, (Associate)Trainers and Outreach and Partnership Manager, develop systems to expedite appropriate internal and external referrals and maintain close oversight over the process as well as accountability for best practice including documentation and data protection.Supervision (10%): • Supervise clinic assistants including hiring, orientation, training, mentoring, performance management, staff support & professional development, and work assignments.
Reporting (5%): • Report on clinical and activities that focus on progress achieved toward program objectives. • Solicit input from clinical team and provide feedback as requested on grant reports and proposals. • Produce reports as required by the clinical team.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Lead Clinician and/or Clinical Advisors in the implementation of CVT Jordan’s activities (5%)
Collaboration: Internal collaboration: Lead Clinician, (Associate) Psychotherapist/Trainers, (Associate) Physiotherapist/Trainers, Social Services Manager, M&E team, Training Manager, Outreach and Partnership Manager, national clinicians and program staff, Operations Manager, HR Manager, and Country Director, (HQ) International Services Program Team, Research Department. External Collaboration: Beneficiaries, other service providers in the field, donors, and funders.
Qualifications: Required education, experience, certificates, licenses or registrations • Degree in Social Work, Nursing (Mental health experience required), Clinical Psychology, Counseling, Healthcare Administration, Physical Therapy/Physiotherapy or related field. • Extensive management experience in a health care setting including developing and implementing clinical and monitoring systems.
Preferred education, experience, certificates, licenses or registrations
• Credentialed as a Social Worker, Physiotherapist, Nurse, Psychologist, Counselor or Psychotherapist, or other related health care provider required.
• Experience working with teams composed of psychotherapists, psychologists, counselors, physiotherapists and social workers.

Work Environment: • Typical office environment • Time spent on the computer is approximately 60% • Position is based in Amman with (bi-) weekly travel by road to Zarqa, Amman • Occasional travel by car/van to other sites or cities in Jordan may be requested.
Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The employee frequently is required to sit; stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, of 10 to 15 pounds. This position requires car travel up to 3 hours per one-way journey
